What is Cultivate?

Cultivate is our flagship talent and AI event for forward-thinking leaders who are ready to help shape the future of work. This year, we're going beyond traditional HR to explore how organizations can combine human talent with AI agents to unlock new levels of scale and productivity. 

How can I register?

You can request a ticket by navigating to the homepage, select register, choose your ticket and "order now". Please note that business emails are required to register. Those registering with personal email addresses will not be granted a ticket.

What is included in the in-person experience? 

The best experiences are immersive ones. Cultivate ’26 is May 11-13 at The Meritage Resort and Spa in Napa, CA. There will be two days of keynotes, breakout sessions, product announcements, food and beverage (breakfast, lunch, and snacks), and many opportunities for fun and networking.  

You will be required to show your ID when checking in to the event. 

What is the cost to attend Cultivate '26?

In-person registration is $899. This price will include access to all in-person sessions and breakouts, breakfast and lunch, networking activities and receptions, discounted room block (available in your confirmation email), and all on-demand sessions post event. 

You will be able to pay with a debit or credit card (Cultivate uses Stripe for payment processing). 

How do I use a promotional code?

If you have been given a promotional code, click ‘register,’ add “promo code,” click "apply and order now." Ensure there are no additional spaces.

How do I find the confirmation email?

You should receive a confirmation email approving your ticket. If you can’t find the email, please search your inbox for an email from registrations@bizzabo.com. Additionally, please check your spam folder. If you are still having trouble, please email events@eightfold.ai. 

When will recorded sessions be available?

Not all sessions will be recorded. Those which are approved for on-demand tickets will be released 60 days post event. 

How can I cancel my ticket? 

If you are not able to attend, please email events@eightfold.ai as spaces are limited, and we can reallocate your ticket. Alternatively, you can request a ticket cancellation through your confirmation email. 

A 100% refund will be granted if the request is received 30 business days prior to the scheduled event. A 50% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 21 business days prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be granted if the request is received within fewer than 14 days to the scheduled event.

If the event is canceled by Eightfold, registrants may be extended a 100% refund.

Is there a room block? 

Cultivate attendees will have access to a limited number of rooms at The Meritage Resort & Spa, Napa, CA for a discounted price of $448 (includes resort fee) plus tax. Please refer to your registration email for the room block link.

Is there parking at the venue?

The Meritage Resort & Spa provides valet parking for all vehicles at a rate of $25.00 for overnight or day parking and $15.00 for self parking.
